Egypt Project Reflections

In-class we did many activities to help us for our two projects. We liked having our own time to do research but we also liked having time to think it through, put it together, and chat about it. Some of the time we only did research and it was good to only get the information, but it also was hard to get all the right information where it needed to be in the amount of time we had. What helped us the most was getting time to do everything, some of the time would be on research but the other time could be used for putting it all together. What also helped us for both of the projects was doing side things like researching the gods, looking at the social pyramid, and other side projects.

When we looked at Egypt I would have liked to learn a bit more about the gods, to me it seemed that we didn't have enough time to get the information in that we wanted, we also only looked at a few of the gods. We also didn't take enough time of the different time periods of Egypt. I would have liked to have more time learning about them to get a better idea how different they were. It would have also helped to get more time on each one, instead of looking at all of them all once, and only getting bits and pieces of what it was like there.

Group Dynamics

When we work in groups I like to work with my close friends but we don't always get what we want done. We often talk off subject and get lost in our other conversations, and sometimes it's hard to get back to work when that happens. It's surely without a doubt more fun though, and it seems to make work seem lighter and easier. It's nice to work with friends every once and a while but we always need a break to get work done with other people. It's also good to learn about other people when working because you get to learn about them and their habits, like if they like to talk, take control, make lots of changes, disagree, agree, speak their mind, stay quiet, do their own thing, stay in sync with the group, not try as hard, work hard, goof off, or stay on task. Working with other people gives you opportunity to see who works best, and who you need to be repetitive with to get to work, with your friends it gets a bit harder to tell whether they stay on task or side track because too often you're part of it. When we work with our friends it's very fun and it's easier to state your mind when you need to, but that also makes it easier to get reminded by other things and sidetrack. When working with other people work gets done faster and it's harder to get off track. Although we do work nicely with every one it's funner to work with your friends.

Getting Cream Puffs for My Class

Option 1:
Get the cream puffs. Self explanatory go to bakery, get cream puffs. Some good things are that it would easy. All you have to do is go to bakery and get them. Not to much hassle and every one is happy.
Some bad things are it would cost round 30 dollars and that's a lot. Also getting them to class not ruined could be an issue.

Option 2:
Don't get the cream puffs. Also self explanatory tell them no or don't get them. Some good things are it's also easy. Just don't say anything, and/or you don't have to spend money on getting them. Nor do you have to transport them safely (because there is non). Some bad things are that every one would be mad that you didn't get it. Also no cream puffs.
